and SHOP

Art gallery interior with abstract geometric sculptures and monochrome paintings on walls, modern minimalist design, bright lighting.
Minimalist gallery space with white walls, floor, and vaulted ceiling, featuring display tables with art and sculptures, a large window, and metal chairs.

We are opening a new exhibition space in the unique setting of the passage connecting streets Nerudova and Tržiště a few steps from Prague Castle. Ethera Gallery merges the historical atmosphere of its location with contemporary visual art. Our primary focus lies in minimalism and abstraction, while remaining open to a wide range of artistic approaches, styles and media.

Our goal is to showcase the works of both established and emerging artists from the Czech Republic and abroad and regularly organize open calls for artists and curators. In addition to exhibitions, we will offer concerts, workshops, and panel discussions that enrich the city's cultural life and provide visitors with deeper insights into the art world.

The gallery also includes an Artshop, featuring original artworks, limited edition prints, objects, and sketches in various price categories. Inspired by the democratization of art by movements such as pop-art, this concept allows a wider audience to discover and own contemporary art.

Visit Ethera Gallery to immerse yourself in the vibrant world of contemporary art!

Opening Exhibition: Topology of the Edge

Artists: Karolína Jež (Photography) & Jakub Grosz (Objects)

20/5 - 8/6 2025, Opening 20/5 at 7pm

The Topology of the Edge presents photographic works by Karolína Jež and spatial objects by Jakub Grosz. Through the language of minimalist geometric abstraction, both artists explore the mutability of boundaries and structures. Lines that at first appear firm and sharp dissolve into soft gradients under certain angles.

Working with material, light and scale, they create new dimensions of perceiving reality—as an open, ever-changing system in which continuous transformation occurs. The exhibition captures moments when form transcends its original function and boundaries become sites of emergence rather than separation. In doing so, they challenge our notions of stability and fixed order.

Karolína and Jakub draw from liminal life experiences, revealing how each edge can be both a lure into falling and a call to step beyond

The Topology of the Edge is the gallery's inaugural exhibition, showcasing the work of its founders. In June, a solo exhibition by Italian abstract painter Franco Huller will follow.
